To answer this question, we look at a stat called "Days on Market."

Then, I'm sharing the data that gives you insight into what homes have been selling for in our area as I share the "Average Sales Price."

Lastly, you'll see how many homes have been recently listed!

Right now, the number of homes for sale in our market indicates that inventory is gaining momentum, and we are seeing higher inventory levels than this time last year, and month on month we are seeing this number increase.
