The QUEEN Of Bánh Mì Chảo | BREAKFAST Tour In VIETNAM With My FAVORITE Under $1 Bánh Mì

A quick breakfast food tour today, as it is my last day living in this area. One of my favorite places to not only live, but explore for food. It was really hard for me to leave this area.

First stop at a small home/stall that has three women who constantly cook. I am talking 3 meals a day for 6-7 days a week. However, one of my favorite meals of theirs has to be their morning noodles. I do not even really like bun moc, but I love their version as it is kind of a throw everything into the bowl type of noodles. A broth heavy with fried shallots, garlic, and scallions this broth will fill your soul and stomach to start the day off the right way.

Next up, my favorite $1 Banh mi in all of Saigon. Located in the Ban Co market this banh mi checks all the boxes for me. Loaded with daily made pate, fried eggs, and extra cilantro. Throwing that baguette on the fire before stuffing it is the key to making this the ultimate banh mi. Don’t take my word for it, you have to try this banh mi for yourself.

Final food spot for today, banh mi chao, with a lady running the stall with a personality as big as Saigon. So much fun to always see her and watch her have so much passion and fun. Now, be ready to wait when you come here as these cheap prices and delicious food are loved by many.

Oh and don’t think I forgot about the sweets. Of course I had to get one of my favorites the chuoi chien, aka the fried bananas. Doing them perfectly, I can’t ask for a better sweet treat to finish off this day full of my breakfast favorites.
