Weapon: Hellslayer (it has -35 enemy fire res)
Helm: Gaze, COA, or flcikering flame/kiras/something with facets for meme glass cannon damage
Armor: Shaftstop, Steelcarapace, Leviathan, or some crafted monstrosity
Belt: String or Dungos
Ammy: Skills, Res, and ATTACK RATING
Rings: ATTACK RATING, throw on a dwarf star for clone
Gloves: Frostburns or Hellmouths
Boots: Waterwalks
Swap: Beast to become a bear. rawr.

You can use some prebuff gear obviously, CTA, eschutas, etc, but you have -65 to -75 pierce already built in.

Merc: Something with amp damage, or infinity.
