EDIT (added on 7/27/2020): Guys my heart is so full! I seriously would never have imagine that this video would hit 10k views and the amount of messages that have been sent to me on instagram about it have been so comforting. I love how genuine you guys have been with me and trust me when I say that it DOES get better! Thank you so much for all of your support ahhh it means SO much!!

Yo I had the wrong setting on my camera so basically the whole video is yellow. rip.

I also wanted to state that I'm totally fine and am slowly but surely making friends LOL so dont worry about me hahaha

I know that this video was kinda weird and definitely pretty vulnerable but I thought that I would film it because making videos has always been something that I could basically vent and put myself into -- hopefully you enjoyed it hahaha.

For some reason, social media makes college seem like the best four years of your life and almost everyone posts videos and pictures of how "glamorous" the college life is. Almost no one likes to talk about feeling lonely and about not being able to make friends right away but I'm here to tell you that it's totally fine dude and to also not stress it! College can be fun but focus on yooo studies too hehe. College is seriously a time to find yourself (however that may be), and you'll find your people some day!

Being lonely in new environments is totally normal and it's okay to feel a bit off because of it. BUT, it totally depends on how you respond to that feeling. Are you going to stay soaking in your loneliness or are you going to do something about it? Everyone is different -- but I want to encourage y'all to step out of your comfort zone and to surprise yourself!(:
