How to Make a Biscoff S'mores Brownie | Cupcake Jemma

You thought my S'mores Brownie couldn't get any better? Think again, buster! Since I created that treat way back when, it's been tweaked and improved for C&D but I got to thinking it could be EVEN BETTER! Find out how..

Recipe...
For the BBB -
300g Biscoff crumbs
90g butter
4 tbsp golden syrup/corn syrup/honey

For the brownie -
165g butter
165g dark 70% chocolate
3 lg eggs
330g caster sugar
129g plain flour
45g cocoa powder
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
Extra Biscoff for blobbing and wiggling

For the Italian Meringue -
480g caster sugar
150 ml water
180g egg whites
(pinch of salt and vanilla extract if you like)

Extra Biscoff biscuits and spread for decorating
