We are composed of 30 trillion cells and roughly 50 trillion microbes and bacteria. If we look at our bodies from the perspective of our cells, we can safely say that we are omniscient, omnipotent, and immortal. Our decisions influence the functioning of our cells, while they are collectively responsible for turning our bodies into a functioning unit. Ádám Bóday introduces us to the special processes of our body, so we can learn from this coordinated, precise operation on a social level as well. Ádám Bóday is a researcher and microbiome expert who has spent decades focusing on how to restore the relationship between humans and nature. He is the inventor of several patents and an honorary member of the Club of Budapest. Over the past ten years, he has mainly been involved in developing a product designed to restore the natural balance of the microbiome.
