Real (NZ) Road Test: 1997 Subaru Impreza HX-20S - who needs a turbo?!

How very HubNut. It's a non-turbocharged Subaru Impreza HX-20S! Proper JDM-spec, and very much a turbo without the turbo. It still has a bodykit, rear wiper, fog lamps and sporty bucket seats, and pretty sporty suspension too.

It's a daily driver that lives on a farm and is used by a volunteer fire fighter, hence it is not spotlessly clean. It's ideal for getting to the station quickly though! I drove it on my travels through New Zealand.
