How? - Well, “matrix” is what we call the waste on the sides of labels when they are die cut. If you leave the matrix on, you can let the ink bleed over the die cut when you’re printing, without making a mess. Most applicator systems don’t work well with the matrix, though. It has to be taken off before rolls of labels are sent through applicators—or these systems won’t detect the gap in the labels.

But the Matrix Remover lets you keep the matrix on during printing, then removes that excess at the end. Less mess!
