Missing Car Payments

The plaintiff says her friend got out of prison and all was going well until he began dating the defendant. She claims her now former friend ended up back in prison, and she’s suing his girlfriend for car payments and harassment. The defendant claims the plaintiff wants to date her boyfriend and harasses her. She’s countersuing for harassment, a cell phone, and lost wages.
