Should you buy COS to settle in the UK ?
I am aware that there are number of students and jobseekers who are buying COS which is Certificate of Sponsorship to settle in the UK .
But is it legally allowed ?
The ans is no and I personally don’t recommend anyone to do that as it’s illegal practice.

I keep mentioning in my videos that genuine employers will never charge a single penny to give u cos and a job offer. So please do not fall in this trap because if Home office will ever find this, the companies license will be cancelled and you will be banned from the UK.

According to the Care Quality Commission (CQC), the number of UK care home licenses cancelled in the last two years is 112. This is because some care homes are selling CoSs for money to people who are not eligible to work in the UK.
