An incredible pair of young disabled gymnasts has proved nothing can hold them back in this incredible video.

Sophie Crawford, 14, was born without a hand and Iona Hay, 11, had her leg amputated aged just five.

But in spite of their disabilities the two young gymnasts from Glasgow are on the way to the top of their game.

In these incredible pictures and video, the friends show off their amazing splits and somersaults.
