1977 Bellanca Super Decathlon landing and taxi.

July 5, 2021 at Skypark (KBTF) in Bountiful, UT. Bellanca bought out Champion in 1972 and produced over 600 under their name before bankruptcy in 1981 when ownership changed hands again. This is a 1977 Bellanca Super Decathlon (8KCAB). They are built in the tradition of other Bellanca's with wood spar wings and covered in fabric. They are impressive aerobatic planes, good up to +6gs and -5gs. American Champion is still producing them to this day.
