What I eat in a day losing weight!

Welcome back y’all! Today I’m sharing a realistic what I eat in a day video— while losing weight! I’m down over 30 lbs without sacrificing my cravings or budget!

This is not meant to be a meal plan for you to copy and achieve the same results as me— but rather to be inspirational and give you new ideas, and even change the way you think about weight loss.

I’m currently eating 1,975 calories a day.
Specifically I track macros, (macronutrients) which is Fat, Carbs, and Protein.

Fat 55 grams/day
Carbs 200 grams/day
Protein 170 grams/day

As long as I stay within 100 calories of my goal each day and 10 grams of each macro each day, my nutritionist and I consider it a 5-star day.
