Chicago “In the Mood” Glen Miller Cover Patriotic Montage

Here’s a new montage I made in honor of Memorial Day weekend and the 31st anniversary of Chicago’s Night and Day (Big Band) album, which featured 12 standards from the '30s, '40s, and '50s that the group completely "Chicagoized." This video showcases their funky, soulful take on Glenn Miller’s wartime classic "In the Mood," complete with brand-new lyrics, signature horn-backed vocals, and a powerhouse lead by Bill Champlin. Performed at the Nation's Capitol just months after 9/11, this energetic tribute to America and the Greatest Generation got the entire crowd moving. It is incredibly touching to see Americans of all ages and backgrounds united and dancing together to this timeless classic!
