TL Notes: At 0:24 Haachama says ”フラグ立っちゃた” (furagu tacchata). This literally means "you've raised a flag". This term comes from video games (particularly Galge) where when a certain condition is met a "flag" is set and an event is triggered e.g you raise your affection enough with a certain character, this then "raises a flag" in the code that causes a romance event to trigger. So in a wider context "raising a flag" means saying something that someone did is going to cause an inevitable consequence in the future (this claim doesn't have to be based in reality). So in this example Matsuri says "Anyone who gets this wrong is an idiot" and Haachama says that by saying this she's "raised a flag" and consequently she's definitely going to get the question wrong.
At 1:57 Matsuri says "鼻が高い” (hana ga takai), literally meaning "my nose is long" or "my nose is high", however the more commonly used meaning of this phrase means "to be proud of something". For example you could say something like "彼が正直なので私は鼻が高い” (kare ga shoujiki nanode watashi hana ga takai), which literally translated would be "He is honest and therefore my nose is long", but actually means "I am proud of his honesty". The exact origin of this phrase is unknown, one theory is that it's simply the fact that when you're proud of something you tend to tilt your head up thus making your nose seem longer. Another theory is that it has something to do with Tengu, the Japanese mythical creatures famous for having long noses among other things.
Also if you've ever wondered why in anime/manga sometimes a character who's bragging has their nose exaggeratedly extended, it's a reference to this phrase.
At 2:20 Mel's answer of "bien" could refer to 鼻炎 (bien) which means "nasal inflammation"/"allergic reaction" which would be a fine answer I guess if she actually wrote out the kanji. It could also just be a SFX for the jet of snot spraying out, one can only speculate at the intent of such an esoteric masterpiece.
