A quick test of a Sony DSC-RX100 pocket camera during various shooting conditions.
Footage is slightly color corrected.
Almost everything shot handheld with active optical stabilizer on.

Sony DSC-Rx100 vs Canon G15
In my opinion RX100 is a better camera if you want to use it for video. Full manual control and 50fps vs Canon's 24fps and mostly automatic control. For video this for me is a deciding factor. For few shots I used DiCAPac WP-570 Waterproof case which performs OK for video but is useless if you plan to use the camera underwater mainly for stills.
