SMOOTHIE BOWL BASE
- 2-3 frozen bananas
- 1 cup frozen fruit of choice (strawberries, blueberries, pineapple, mango, raspberries, blackberries, cherries, etc.)
- 1 protein of choice (1/2 block silken tofu, 2/3 cup greek yogurt, 1 serving protein powder, etc.)
TOPPING IDEAS:
- Fresh Fruit
- Granola, cereal, oats, etc.
- Dried fruit
- Nut butter
- Seeds
- Honey/Agave/Maple Syrup
