Red & Blonde Foils | Hair Color Tutorial

Hi everyone, this tutorial is demonstrating how to acheive a vibrant, dimensional color using 3 different colors and foiling. It is a one process application and I loved how it turned out.

Products Used:
Ion Color Brilliance Permanent Creme Color
1.) 1 oz. 4RV-4.5 + 1 oz. 10 vol. developer
2.) 1 oz. 5IR-55.66 + 1 oz. 10 vol. developer
3.) 1 oz. Ion Powder Lightener + 1 oz. 30 vol. developer
Process time= 30 min after last foil.
