Hi Guys! Welcome back to my channel! This is my first ever attempt on a Halloween Makeup Tutorial which was requested by subscriber, KIM DECENA. I was inspired by the Deer Makeup Tutorials I saw on YouTube and so I made my own version. This is a glam halloween look without breaking the bank with an expensive costume you won't likely ever wear again. You just have to use the makeup you have in your stash and be creative!
