This is a video made by a very average no-one who has no voice what so ever, who is not a content creator, who has never made a video before this time and had no intention in doing so.
But someone who feels wronged by the fact that when a devastating problem happens to them, literally zero help is offered from the company itself to try rectify this problem.
This is a very amateur made video, with a very unpolished, unscripted response to a devastating situation that has happened while playing a game that I so love to play.....
