2019 11 European River Cruise 14 days

This is Steve and Janet's video of the Viking Grand European Tour / River Cruise on the Viking Ve Longship in late October / early November, 2019. We traveled with our friends Ken and Lynn. We made a lot of new friends along the way (you know who you are!).

The Viking staff and crew were great. The Program Director David Parker added a lot to the experience. He was polite, professional and very funny!

We visited the following ports:
Hungary: Budapest;
Austria: Vienna, Melk and Salzburg;
Germany: Passau, Regensburg, Nuremberg, Bamberg, Würzburg, Wertheim, Koblenz and Cologne; and
Netherlands: Kinderdijk and Amsterdam

Janet and I also walked across the bridge to Komarno, Slovakia when the Viking Ve was docked in Komarom, Hungary, adding a fifth country to this trip! We, along with our friends Ken and Lynn also spent an additional two days in Amsterdam (not in this video) before heading home.
