Protective Orangutan Mother Pushes Brother Of Her Little Girl

The Orangutan Baby Girl Kayan and her slightly older baby half brother Basuki from the Twycross Zoo in England (same dad) love to wrestle, but the girl's mother Kibriah is very protective of her and when she thinks is getting too rough she pushes him off her.
The babies wrestle in the grass and seem to enjoy themselves when Kibriah comes, Basuki knows that he might be in trouble again. She pushes him away from her daughter. Kayan is a little cute rascal and 9 times out of 10 she's starting the wrestle or is being mischievous towards her brother. As you will see in the next bit. I reckon she knows that mum is always there to protect her so she can just do what she wants. When Basuki is standing up, looking at his mum's direction Kayan comes rolling towards him, sees him standing there, and throws him over. It does make you laugh, her cute naughtiness. I'm sure Basuki will get his own back next time.
40 years old female Kibriah gave birth to Kayan in June 2017. The older baby, boy Basuki, was born to Maliku in March 2017. Their father is called Batu.
