[SUB] [LG DIOS OVEN] Dried fruits CHOCOLATE BARK ~* : Cho's daily cook

The convection oven video for May is recipe for Chocolate Bark using dry function of the oven~^^
Recipe part has been done before i went to Jeju island , and i brought the chocolate and finished shooting intro in Jeju island~^^
Chocolate bark is the chocolate that you can make easily with dried fruit, cookie or candy on top~^^
I dried fruit by myself using dry function of the oven~
This must be good for health as it contains no artificial preservatives.
Compound chocolate doesn't need to be tempered(to maintain gloss and coating, a baker tempers by cooling the chocolate and then rewarming), so it is easy and simple to be used for chocolate bark!
You can use not only dried fruit but also cookies and candies on top to your taste!
I've been thinking that chocolate bark with dried fruit would be boring ^^
But actually its chewy texture and sweet sour taste go well with chocolate!
Oh! And Please slice the pineapple to be half thick of mine, aside from the pineapple, slice other fruits as thin as i did in the video

I thought it would be okay to cut into big slices since it's watery, and it was too thick.. haha

So i had to cut the pineapple into smaller pieces and dry again.
I used pineapple slice which i got from mart not the canned one because canned pineapple is in a heavy syrup with loads of added sugar
Not sure how it is going to be if I try to dry the canned pineapple~^^;
Pineapple tastes the best for me! Chewy and sweet~

Make a sweet chocolate by using this simple recipe and dry function of the oven
The chocolate bark will last for more than a month in the fridge as the fruit are dried.
(You can keep it until it has mold growing on the fruit)
In addition, I came back from Jeju yesterday and done unpacking~^^
I was physically tired in Jeju because i couldn't sleep well while i was staying there,
And finally slept soundly in my room after a long Jeju trip
