Wrought Iron Effects Skipjack Overdrive // Guitar Pedal Demo

The Skipjack Reactive Overdrive is an attack-based device. What sets the Skipjack apart is its guitar volume knob sensitivity and its unique voicing. The Skipjack reacts to your pick attack and your volume settings in a way reminiscent of a great germanium transistor, but without the temperature instability and finicky-ness of Germanium. With your guitar volume at 10, you can set the Propulsion and Reactor levels for your full-on drive sound, then simply roll off the guitar volume knob to 8 for instant clean-up. The clean-up still offers pushed mids and a certain level of “honkiness” to your tone, retaining the Skipjack’s unique character.
