Last Day In Colombia - Shopping, Salvaje Bogota, Grand Hyatt and VFC Finally Gets Something Right!

Every fantastic adventure has to come to an end. After all the amazing experiences we've shared in the VFC's Travels Colombia series, the last days were spend in Bogota, where the weather wasn't quite as accommodating as the other cities in my trip. So instead of all the sightseeing, we hit the heavenly home of the Colombiana - the shopping malls.

How happy was she? The dances that she does when we find her favorite shop pretty much sum up her emotions.

The video opens with an admission that VFC was actually right about something. That doesn't happen too often, but I'll take it when it happens. And I'll brag about it. When we first arrived to the Titan Plaza Centro Comercial I had spotted the Bershka. After walking around a bit, I was leading us back to Bershka and she had said I was full of it - wrong. Turns out VFC was right, I had the spot correct and I got that admission on camera.

She got the last laugh, tho, as my time in the store watching her shop was pure misery, aside from the dancing entertainment she provided. How happy was I when the shopping was over and we headed back to the Grand Hyatt Bogota where we had a reservation for the inside pool - reservations only because of Covid restrictions!

We lounged poolside and hit the hot tub and the cold plunge. An enjoyable evening before heading back to the room for some dinner.

The hotel set up the Covid test for me, they came right to the room for the brain swab, and then off I was, back to Bahrain.

Lastly, we head to Salvaje Bogota - an excellent restaurant in the Bioxury Hotel. Japanese cuisine, the seafood was magnificent - the drinks were so money in their unique cups - and the ambience perfect for a last, relaxing night out. This fantastic Colombian adventure was coming to an end.
