UPDATE: Thanks to your help and pressure for justice, 4-hours after we released this video (and after your phone calls) the Phoenix Police announced that they were going to arrest him. He has now been charged with aggravated assault. Thank you. And thank you to Phoenix PD for doing what is right.

The Phoenix Police Department did not respond to the witnesses and to the video after a week of the report. They were called again. They still won't. You are now a witness to the crime.
