Biden, Harris, 400,000 Flags and Candles on the DC National Mall & the Need for Accountability

President-Elect Biden and Vice President-Elect Harris spoke today at a moving ceremony on the National Mall in Washington, DC. The mall was adorned with 400,000 flags and 400,000 lights in an emotional tribute to the American lives lost to the Coronavirus.

We the people did the first half of what was necessary to achieve justice by voting Donald Trump out of office. Beginning tomorrow, it will up to President Biden, the Department of Justice and the incoming Attorney General to do the second half of the justice job by holding accountable those responsible for needless Coronavirus deaths.

Based on a 30-year career as a federal prosecutor, including 22 years handling homicide cases in the courts of Washington, DC, here are the legal requirements to hold someone accountable for criminally negligent homicide.
