Streamliners at Spencer: 27 Historic Diesels Together

In May 2014, a gathering of 27 historic streamlined diesels, including EMD E units, F units, Alcos, plus an unrestored Norfolk & Western 611 were brought to the NC Transportation Museum in Spencer, NC. It was an incredible gathering of diesel power, with historical rarities, historic firsts and lasts, and some of the most stylistic diesels in one place.

We cannot thank NCTM and Norfolk Southern enough for their cooperation in making this a reality.
