OSHA Recordkeeping: Key Updates for 2026 (February)
Are You Ready for OSHA’s Recordkeeping Submission Season?
As OSHA recordkeeping submission season approaches, companies nationwide are preparing their 2025 records to meet the Department of Labor’s electronic submission and posting requirements.
With company injury and illness data now going live for the public to see, submitting accurate data has never been more critical. This year is especially important—it marks the second year under OSHA’s expanded submission rules, requiring many employers to submit data from all three OSHA forms directly to OSHA between January 1 and March 2, 2026.
Topics Addressed During the Webinar:
Could you be over-reporting?
Will you have to submit data from all three forms?
Are you submitting for the correct locations?
Do you know your DART rate—and why it’s more critical than ever?
Dustin Boss, creator of OSHAlogs.com and member/partner of ABC Western Michigan, will explain the ongoing submission requirements and how to prepare your organization for this year’s deadline. The session will also include an overview of OSHAlogs.com — an easy-to-use recordkeeping and injury tracking platform that helps employers stay compliant. ABC members who attend will receive complimentary access to the software.
