Cordwood floor

Western red cedar cordwood flooring.
When I had a sawmill, I primarily cut western red cedar. I have some left over logs, so I decided to use them for this flooring project.
I am cutting the logs with a miter saw at 1" thick. I put a stop on the saw at 1" to speed up the process.
On logs larger than my miter saw will handle, I'm cutting on a bandsaw. I made a sled out of phenolic plate to hold the logs square.
I'm gluing the wood to the concrete with a non toxic premium waterproof glue. I did a test run with this glue on the concrete in my garage, and it held up well for an extended period of time.
