While Montenegro is well known as a popular beach destination in the Balkans for tourists, not many people know of or venture out to see the natural side of Montenegro. Join me as I take you to explore all the natural beauty that Montenegro has to offer.

Žabljak (Жабљак) - Žabljak is a small town in northern Montenegro. It has a population of 1,723. The town is in the centre of the Durmitor mountain region and with an altitude of 1,456 metres, it is the highest situated Balkan town.

Durmitor (Дурмитор) - Durmitor is a massif located in northwestern Montenegro, which is a part of the Dinaric Alps.

Crno Jezero (Црно Језеро) - Black Lake is a lake in the Municipality of Žabljak in northern Montenegro. It is a glacial lake, located on Mount Durmitor, at an elevation of 1,416 m. It is 3 km from the town of Žabljak.

Most na Đurđevića Tari (Мост на Ђурђевића Тари) - Đurđevića Tara Bridge is a concrete arch bridge over the Tara River in northern Montenegro. It is located at the crossroads between Mojkovac, Žabljak and Pljevlja, between the villages of Budečevica and Trešnjica. The bridge is 172 meters tall and spans 365 meters.
