Celebrate Black Stories in 'Desmonds' Season 1 | Black Current

Desmond Ambrose runs a barbershop In Peckham that is the hub of the community's social scene. Desmond often talks about retiring and returning to his native Guyana, but his affection for his customers and the community prevent him from doing so. You can now watch the first season on its entirety here, on Black Current.

Black/Current is a space to provide both educational and entertaining content primarily by or about Black people. That’s Black Brits, Black Americans, Black Africans, Black Canadians, Black Australians and so forth.
