Crimea nowadays

In recent years, Russia has built a huge number of modern roads in the Crimea, as well as radically updated modern infrastructure. I note that none of this was done while Crimea was under the rule of Ukraine. First of all, when Crimea returned to the Russian Federation, Ukraine blocked the water supply channel to the peninsula, which radically complicated the lives of the civilian population. This once again proves that Ukraine is a criminal state.
