„The Battle Hymn of the Republic“ je americká vlastenecká pieseň založená na hudbe abolicionistickej piesne „John Brown's Body“ (pôvodne napísaná na počesť Johna Browna, bojovníka za rasovú rovnosť, ktorý viedol povstanie v roku 1859). proti otroctvu v Spojených štátoch a popravený za vzburu).
