Removing the M40B18 engine from the BMW E30... Finally! | Project Monroe

We have finally got round to removing the original engine in the BMW e30 318i, it's been a long time coming but it had to be done.

It goes without saying, we don't know what we are doing, to the point this is the first engine we have removed so it's not a how to but more of a how it was done.

Having removed the engine and gearbox we intend to clean bay and spray it next so stay tuned.

Oh, the point is to enjoy rebuilding it, that's about it.
