I found some burlap in the dumpster and decided to make an Oogie Boogie costume for Halloween. [subtitles available]

A quick and easy how-to video on making an Oogie Boogie costume out of recycled burlap. Luckily, I had all the items I needed to make a DIY Halloween costume out of upcycled materials, including an old worn-out bedsheet, and fabric and paint from a previous project.
