The people in Mali have a new interim leader. Former Defence Minister Ba N'Dawwho is expected to steer the country back to civilian rule in 18 months.
His deputy as Vice President will be the man who took over after the coup in August, that ended years of misrule by President Ibrahim Boubacar Keita.
Colonel Assimi Goita is urging people to support the armed forces in the fight against armed groups.
