Illegy is a rapper from France, but he seems to be an American too if you have a look at his style, his flow, ... PIETA is his 2nd project. A big one, with around 30 tracks. Some tracks are really crazy. I will upload the 2nd CD asap on my channel. I discovered him through social networks.
