Williamson is a professional cricketer who is currently the captain of the New Zealand One Day International team. He is widely regarded as one of the best batsmen in the modern game, and was named Player of the Tournament in this year's Cricket World Cup, after leading New Zealand to the finals. In the same tournament, he became the highest-scoring captain in a single World Cup.
