Interview with Belgian Chef Axel Janssens, "A Taste of Tanzania"

Chef Axel Janssens recently produced a book with a partner called "A taste of Tanzania" where they went through Tanzania's national parks and rural areas learning and experimenting with the local cuisines. The books uniqueness comes from the texture of its hand-made fabrics as well as the detailed descriptions on Tanzania's different cuisines.

While Chef Axel Janssens was visiting areas all over Tanzania, we were fortunate enough to be part of their journey through our tableware and kitchenware products. He often describes why he loves using our RAK Porcelain products and how much of a difference high quality tableware solutions can make in experiencing different cuisines.
