Pesto board #shorts

Move over butter boards, here’s proof that pesto is the way to go, with a little help from the HBF02 Hand Blender:

1. Toast your pine nuts
2. Add ingredients and blitz
3. Spread smoothly
4. Add nibbles for dipping
5. Sprinkle your pine nuts
6. Add basil leaves, a pinch of salt & a glug of olive oil

Ingredients:

50g pine nuts, plus 20g for garnish
100g basil leaves
3 garlic cloves
60g Parmesan
200ml olive oil
Salt
