Making a Huge Tree Stump Table For the Log Cabin / Off Grid LOG CABIN Build (Part 1)

I've been watching this huge tree stump on the side of the forest road slowly rotting for over a year, until I got the idea to make a table base out of it. The tree was broken down by a winds storm and the foresters took away the log, but the first 2 meters together with the roots were left there to rot. The whole stump with the roots was absolutely too big to even move it to the log cabin, so I fist had to clean and cut away some of it. While cutting the roots I ran into a lot of rocks that the tree grew around over the years, I think the tree is over 100 years old. After I had the stumps at the log cabin the biggest challenge was getting it inside though the small door opening. Somehow I made it even if at first I thought it will be almost impossible. This video is only the first part of the whole table build.
