This is my contest entry into the Valve/IGN Dark Horse Comics machinima contest: http://www.darkhorse.com/Blog/663/valve-ign-and-dark-horse-present-machinima-contest

The purpose of this contest is to recreate our favorite scene from any Valve comic using any Valve game as machinima. I chose to recreate Bill's sacrifice from the hit comic The Sacrifice (http://www.l4d.com/comic/) as based on the hit Left 4 Dead 1/Left 4 Dead 2 campaign The Sacrifice. Now, some people might consider the fact that I have neither read the comic nor played the campaign to be a major disadvantage when it comes to entering a contest entirely dependent upon recreating a comic scene based on said campaign. However, I'd like to think this fact actually puts me at an abso-ludicrous advantage ahead of my competitors as I am not bound by frivolous trivialities like accuracy to the source material or a sense of coherency.
