Product-led content is content that helps people solve common problems with the use of your product. It's not about hard-selling your product. It's about strategically weaving it and its use cases into the content.
Product-led content serves three primary purposes:
► bring awareness to your products at scale;
► acquire new customers;
► retain existing customers.
To create product-led content, you need to do three things.
First, you need to make sure you know your product well and understand how it can help solve your customers' problems. The better you know your product and the more you believe in its effectiveness and use cases, the better your content will be.
