My Birthday With Donny

My husband took me to Las Vegas for my birthday so that we could attend Donny’s show on my birthday, September 3rd.... little did I know he didn’t stop there. He made several phone calls and sent an email trying to work out a special meeting or recognition. That email made its way up the ladder to Donny Osmond himself and my husband received an email on the afternoon of the 3rd to bring me to the pre-concert VIP event. There I had an opportunity to talk to him and reminisce about the first time I met him at a concert in the early 70’s... then he surprised me by letting me know that he knew about my birthday and shared my husband’s email with everyone. He absolutely made my night by singing to me. Thank goodness for a sweet fan sitting in front of me who had the thought to record this segment for me and share it with me. I wish I had gotten her name so that I could thank her properly. The audio is a little soft... but I just has to share because everyone should know what a kind, thoughtful and genuinely good person Donny is. He’s so fan oriented and always takes care of them.
