Intel Corporation and the U.S. Department of Energy will deliver a #supercomputer with a performance of one exaFLOP, which equals a billion-billion calculations per second. The system being developed at DOE’s Argonne National Laboratory in Chicago, named “Aurora,” will offer the scientific community the compute power needed for the most advanced research in fields like biochemistry, engineering, astrophysics, energy, healthcare, and more.
