Well, far away from Malaysia but I craving it so much, so just substitute Maggi with any spicy flavor instant noodle, you will get almost the same taste!
Ingredients:
1 pack Shin Ramyun
1 tbsp Chopped Garlic
1 tbsp Sliced Shallot
1 pc Egg
Bok Choy
Cabbage
1/2 pc Tomato
Carrot
Seasonings:
1/2 tbsp Chilli Sauce
1/2 tbsp Ketchup Sauce
1/2 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
1/2 pack Shin Ramyun Seasoning
Fried Shallot(For garnishing)
Lime Juice(Optional)
