Helios 44 portraits with digital Leica CL camera for model photoshoot. This old Russian lens is a popular vintage bokeh lens because of it's Helios 44 swirly bokeh rendering.  Everyone loves a swirly bokeh lens don't they!  The Helios M42 mount lens will fit any mirrorless camera via a lens adapter - Sony, Fuji etc.  It will not work on a Leica M rangefinder camera unless you focus via LiveView or a Leica Visoflex viewfinder. I loved the Helios 44M Portraits and now i'm interested to try the Helios 44-2 lens too! (*I think the Helios 44M-4 lens is one of the later models).
