Blackhead Extractions "Smiley" New Client #1

Hello YouTube Family and Friends! 💕

Here is a new client that we recently started seen. I'll be working on her skin. Most of her problem is maturation arrest acne. This type of acne is classified as a non-inflamed unique type of acne where the face become studded with closed comedones "whiteheads".... Will not move ahead and mature into blackheads. Instead, they become to enlarged within the surface opening and never dilates, thus trapping the debris inside.

Maturation arrest acne looks like small pebbles under the skin. While it is usually non-inflammatory, it is inflammatory for certain individuals. It's not visible from far away, however when you observed the skin closely or pull it tight you could see the small pebbles.

Oil and dead skin cells accumulate inside the pore and create a blockage. This blockage also stops bacteria from getting in. That's why there is no inflammation but without inflammation the body is unable to discard the accumulated oil and dead cells from the pores. That's why extractions are so important.
