Turkey's Nuclear Energy Plans:Turkey is actively exploring nuclear energy, including the potential use of thorium-based reactors, with some experts suggesting it should prioritize thorium due to lower radioactive waste and reduced explosion risks compared to uranium-based reactors. 

No Specific Agreement:While there is no mention of a specific technology-sharing agreement between India and Turkey related to thorium, both countries are independently pursuing their own thorium-related nuclear energy development. 

International Cooperation:India and Turkey may engage in collaborative research and development efforts within the framework of international organizations like the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) or through bilateral agreements on nuclear energy.
